Your file is processed locally on your device using your browser's own memory. Fundpeeps never sees or stores it.

About this tool

PDF to JPG converts the pages of a PDF into image files. That is handy when you need a page as a picture to put in a presentation, send in a chat app that does not take PDFs, or share a single page on social media.

The pages are drawn and converted in your browser, so your document stays on your device.

How to use it

  1. Choose the PDF you want to convert.
  2. Select the pages you want as images, or convert the whole document.
  3. Press convert and wait while each page is turned into an image.
  4. Download the images. Longer documents produce one image per page.

Example

A lecturer sends a 12-page handout as a PDF, but you only want the diagram on page 7 for your slides. Convert just page 7 and insert the downloaded JPG straight into your presentation.

Tips

  • Convert only the pages you need. Large documents produce many images and take longer.
  • Images are good for pictures and slides, but text inside an image cannot be searched or copied. Keep the PDF for that.

Questions people ask

Is the text in the image still selectable?

No. A JPG is a picture, so the words become part of the image and cannot be copied as text.

Will the images be sharp enough to print?

Quality depends on the original page and on the conversion size. For printing, check the result at full size before you rely on it.

Can I convert a scanned PDF?

Yes. Scanned pages are already pictures, so they convert like any other page.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The pages are converted in your browser.
