Merge PDF

Combine multiple PDFs into one file, in whatever order you like. Everything happens in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

Drop PDF files here or click to browse

Your files are processed locally on your device using your browser's own memory. Fundpeeps never sees or stores them.

    About this tool

Merge PDF joins several PDF files into one document. It is useful when you have a signed form in one file, supporting pages in another and a cover letter in a third, and the person receiving them wants a single attachment.

The merging happens in your browser. The files you choose are read on your own device and the combined PDF is built there, so nothing is sent to Fundpeeps.

    How to use it

    1. Choose your PDF files, or drag them onto the upload area. You can add several at once.
    2. Put them in the order you want. The first file becomes the first pages of the result.
    3. Press the merge button and wait a moment while the new file is built.
    4. Download the combined PDF and open it to check the page order.

    Example

You are applying for a job and the employer wants one PDF. You have a CV (2 pages), a cover letter (1 page) and a certificate scan (1 page). Add all three, drag the cover letter to the top, then the CV, then the certificate. The merged file has 4 pages in that order.

    Tips

    • Rename your files with numbers (1-cover, 2-cv, 3-certificate) before you upload them, so they are easy to recognise in the list.
    • If one of your files is a photo rather than a PDF, turn it into a PDF first with the JPG to PDF tool, then merge.
    • Very large files use more memory. If your phone struggles, merge in two smaller batches.

    Questions people ask

    Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The files are read and combined inside your browser, on your own device.

    Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

A PDF that needs a password to open usually cannot be read by a browser tool. Remove the protection in the program that created it, then merge.

    Will the quality change?

The pages are copied into the new file as they are, so text and images should look the same as before.

Is there a limit on how many files I can merge?

There is no fixed number, but each file is held in your device memory while it is processed, so very large sets can be slow on older phones.
