Popular Nigerian socialite Pascal Okechukwu, widely known as Cubana Chief Priest, has been appointed the Imo State director of the City Boy Movement.
According to report, the youth driven political group announced the appointment on its official Instagram page. The movement is made up mostly of young supporters backing President Bola Tinubu’s second term ambition.
The City Boy Movement praised Cubana Chief Priest for his influence and leadership strength, saying he would play a key role in promoting the Renewed Hope agenda and mobilising grassroots support across Imo State.
The group stated that his appointment would help strengthen party structures, encourage unity, and boost political participation among young people in the state.
Earlier this month, Seyi Tinubu, son of the president, also presented a similar appointment letter to Obi Cubana as the South East director of the movement.
Cubana Chief Priest had previously responded to critics over his open support for the City Boy Movement as political activities begin to build up toward the 2027 elections.
