Job Overview

ABNL Limited is hiring an experienced Wellwork Supervisor III to oversee offshore well operations. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient execution of wellwork, workover, and intervention activities while coordinating field teams and service partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Well Management Engineers in planning and executing well operations
• Supervise service partner teams during all operational phases
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards (SSHE)
• Monitor offshore well activities and ensure procedures are followed
• Troubleshoot operational issues and identify root causes
• Coordinate logistics for personnel, equipment, and services
• Inspect equipment and confirm readiness before deployment
• Review testing processes including pressure and function testing
• Generate accurate operational reports and documentation
• Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers and supervisors
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve operational efficiency
• Assist in emergency response and risk management processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in wellwork, workover, or intervention operations
• Previous experience with slickline, coiled tubing, or wireline services
• Strong supervisory experience in offshore operations
• Valid Well Control Certification
• Ability to manage teams and handle high-risk environments effectively
