Role Overview

You will provide technical advisory and engineering oversight on subsea drilling and well intervention activities. The role ensures all operations meet company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as company representative on subsea systems including wellheads, trees, and pressure control equipment
• Supervise subsea operations across drilling, completions, and well intervention phases
• Coordinate surface integrity tests (SIT), FAT/EFAT, and equipment recertification
• Lead subsea risk assessments involving ROV and intervention equipment
• Develop procedures for deployment, retrieval, and subsea operations
• Monitor subcontractors and service providers for performance and compliance
• Provide troubleshooting support on subsea pressure control systems
• Ensure effective communication across engineering and operations teams

Requirements

• Strong experience in subsea drilling, completions, or well intervention
• Deep understanding of light well intervention (LWI), workovers, and offshore rigs
• Knowledge of:
  • Hydraulic modeling
  • Well testing & surveillance
  • Multiphase metering
  • Flow assurance & artificial lift systems
• Proven leadership, technical judgment, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work offshore and in challenging environments
• Willingness to travel and work on rotation schedules
