Tinubu’s Support Driving FCT Project Success – Wike
The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has attributed the ongoing transformation and successful execution of projects in Abuja to the unwavering support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Wike stated that the administration’s insistence on timely delivery of projects has significantly contributed to the visible progress recorded across the FCT, noting that contractors are now more committed to meeting deadlines.
According to him, the backing and encouragement from President Tinubu have created the right environment for efficient project execution, ensuring that key infrastructure developments are completed as scheduled.
The minister emphasized that the current administration places high priority on accountability and performance, adding that strict supervision and monitoring mechanisms have been put in place to guarantee quality and timely delivery.
He further noted that the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) and other relevant agencies have intensified oversight on ongoing projects, ensuring that contractors adhere to agreed standards and timelines.
Wike expressed satisfaction with the pace of work across several project sites, stressing that the renewed commitment to discipline and efficiency is yielding positive results for residents of the FCT.
