Former Chelsea captain, John Terry, has claimed that Manchester City’s 2-2 draw with Nottingham Forest on Wednesday night, marks the end of their Premier League title charge
City threw away the lead twice against the relegation battlers at the Etihad.
The result means Pep Guardiola’s men are now seven points behind leaders Arsenal, with nine fixtures left.
Speaking on TikTok, Terry claimed he was surprised by City dropping points, as the Gunners battled to a 1-0 win at Brighton.
He said: “There were some big performances and some upsets in the Premier League last night,’ he told his followers.
“Manchester City dropping points again, surely that’s the end of it for them after Arsenal beat Brighton as well.
“I didn’t see that one coming if I’m honest.”
