Acceptance of terms
By using fundpeeps.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service
Fundpeeps provides online tools for documents, study, images and everyday tasks. Many run entirely in your browser. Some use partner services to do their work, and these are labelled on the tool and described in our Privacy Policy. Some tools are Premium, or use credits for tools that carry a real per-use cost, such as AI-powered tools.
Accounts
You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to create an account or buy anything. Give accurate information, keep your password safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, are used to abuse the Service, or are linked to a disputed payment. If your account is suspended you can appeal from your dashboard.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to process content you don't have the right to handle.
- Disrupt, overload or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, or try to get around its limits.
- Scrape, reverse engineer or repackage the Service for resale without our permission.
- Use Live Avatar with a face you do not own or have clear permission to use, to impersonate or deceive anyone, to harass or defraud, to make sexual or exploitative content, or with images of anyone under 18 unless you are their parent or guardian.
- Share your login, or copy, record, download to pass on, or resell course videos, files or other course materials.
- Alter a certificate, or present it as an accredited qualification or as something it is not.
- Use the Invoice, Certificate or Resume tools to create documents or credentials that falsely claim to come from another person, company or institution, such as fake diplomas, IDs or official records.
- Use Exam Prep or Maths Solver to cheat in an exam or assessment. They are for practice and learning.
- Use Secret Messages to bully, threaten, harass, shame, expose or impersonate anyone, to send hateful, sexual or illegal content, to try to find out who sent a message, or to get round the limits and filters.
Your content
You keep ownership of, and responsibility for, any files, photos or text you use with the Service. Tools labelled "Runs in your browser" process your content on your device, so we do not receive it. When you use a tool that relies on a partner service, you allow us and that partner to process what you submit, only to deliver the result, and you confirm that you have the right to submit it.
Results are not guaranteed
Conversions, calculations and AI-generated results may contain mistakes or lose some formatting. Please check them before you rely on them. The House Plan Generator produces a concept for ideas, not a substitute for a licensed architect or engineer. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, certificates, resumes and other documents you create.
Courses
Courses are digital learning materials for your own personal use. When your payment is confirmed (or you enrol in a free course) your account gets access, and you can open the lessons whenever you sign in. Access to a course lasts for as long as we offer that course on Fundpeeps; if we ever stop offering it, we will give you reasonable notice. We may update and improve courses over time. Courses teach skills and share information, but we cannot promise any particular result, such as a job, income or grade. Refunds for courses are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
A certificate of completion confirms that you completed the lessons of a course on Fundpeeps. It is not an accredited qualification or a result of an exam. We may cancel a certificate that was obtained unfairly or in error.
If you review a course, your review must be honest and based on your own experience. We may edit or remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or off-topic. By posting one, you allow us to show it on the course page with your first name and the first letter of your last name.
Premium plans and credits
Some tools need an active Premium subscription, enough credits, or both. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how payments, subscriptions and credits work. Some articles are Premium. An article pass lets you read all of them for the period shown at checkout. It does not renew automatically.
Secret Messages
Secret Messages lets a member share a link so that others can write to them anonymously. You must be 13 or older to send a message, and the Terms above (including the Accounts section) apply to the person who owns the link. Messages are anonymous to the person who receives them, but not to us: we keep limited technical information, described in our Privacy Policy, to prevent abuse. We may filter, hold, review and delete messages, and close profiles that break these Terms. What a sender writes is their own opinion, not ours, and we are not responsible for it. If you receive a message that upsets you, you can delete it, report it, block the sender or pause your inbox. If you feel unsafe, contact the police or a person you trust.
Email list
Joining our email list is optional and free. You can leave at any time using the link in every email. We do not sell or rent our list.
Third-party services and links
The Service depends on third-party services, and a tool may be slower or unavailable if one is. Links to other websites, including Social Boost's link to Boostpeeps, take you to services run by others, with their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
Intellectual property
The Fundpeeps name, logo and website design belong to Fundpeeps. You may use the tools for personal and business purposes, but you may not repackage or resell them as your own product without permission.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that tools will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be fully accurate or preserve original formatting.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fundpeeps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may change or discontinue any part of the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
