Refund & Cancellation Policy

How payments, subscriptions, and credits work on Fundpeeps — and why most purchases are final.

Nothing to cancel

Fundpeeps Premium subscriptions do not renew automatically. There is no recurring charge to cancel — you stay subscribed for the period you paid for, and simply choose whether to pay again afterward. If you don't wish to continue, you don't need to do anything; your access will end naturally when the period you paid for finishes.

Try before you pay

Every new Fundpeeps account automatically receives a number of free sample credits, usable on any Premium tool — including our AI-powered tools — with no subscription or payment required. This exists specifically so you can test how a tool actually performs before deciding to pay for it.

Credits are final once purchased

Credits — whether bought directly as a top-up or included with a subscription plan — are not refundable once purchased, whether or not they have been spent. This applies to all usage of AI-powered and other credit-metered tools (such as Live Avatar Studio). Two reasons:

You already had the opportunity to test these exact tools for free using your sample credits before choosing to pay.
Credits are consumed in real time against real, already-incurred third-party costs (for example, our AI video provider bills us per second of actual use) the moment a tool is used — a cost we cannot recover once it's been spent on your behalf.

Subscription access to non-AI tools

For Premium tools that do not carry a third-party, per-use cost (our "Flat" tools), a refund of your subscription payment is not automatic or guaranteed, but may be considered on a case-by-case basis — for example, if you were charged in error, or experienced a genuine technical failure that prevented you from using the tool.

This case-by-case review does not extend to any complaint involving an AI-powered or credit-metered tool, which falls under "Credits are final once purchased" above regardless of the reason given.

If a refund is approved

Where we approve a refund under the above, your Premium access ends at that point, rather than continuing for the remainder of the paid period. Any credits that were included with that specific plan are removed from your balance accordingly.

Courses

Courses are digital, and your account gets access as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because of that, a course purchase is not refundable once you have been given access, with two exceptions: you were charged in error (for example twice for the same course), or you cannot open the course because of a fault on our side that we are unable to fix within a reasonable time. Where a course has free preview lessons, you can see what it is like before you buy. To ask for a review, contact us with the email address on your account.

Article passes

An article pass gives access to Premium articles for the period shown at checkout. It does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Because access starts as soon as payment is confirmed, passes are generally not refundable. We will review a charge made in error, or a technical fault on our side that stopped you reading, in the same way as subscription access above.

Failed or disputed payments

If a payment is reversed, disputed, or charged back through your bank or card provider after Premium access or credits have already been granted, we will suspend the associated account's Premium access and credit balance immediately, pending resolution of the dispute.
