Job Overview

ABNL Limited is hiring a Projects Contracts Advisor III to support and manage project contracting activities across engineering and construction phases.

In this role, you will handle contract strategy, vendor selection, negotiations, and full contract lifecycle management—from project planning to close-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project contracting strategies
• Manage contractor prequalification, tendering, and bid evaluations
• Prepare and issue Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents
• Lead or support contract negotiations and finalization
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance across all contract processes
• Provide commercial analysis for contract award decisions
• Coordinate contract execution and administration with project teams
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with agreements
• Manage contract changes, claims, and approvals
• Oversee subcontracting processes and documentation
• Lead contract close-out activities and resolve outstanding issues

Requirements

• Degree (BSc/HND) in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in contract administration or contracts engineering
• Strong background in commercial negotiations and contractor management
• Solid understanding of EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) processes
• Knowledge of project execution and contracting principles
• Ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites if required
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CPSM, APICS) are an added advantage
