Job Overview

We are seeking a smart, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage daily front office operations. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and staff professionally
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Manage front desk activities and maintain visitor logs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Provide basic administrative support across departments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient reception area
  • Ensure proper communication flow within the office

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND/HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • 1–3 years experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
