- Position: Customer Service Representative
- Location: Lekki / Ikoyi, Lagos
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and social media
- Assist customers with orders and product selection
- Process and manage orders accurately and on time
- Keep customers updated on new products and promotions
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines
- Ensure proper packaging and delivery of orders
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain and update customer records and databases
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you should:
- Have a degree (OND, HND, NCE, or Bachelor’s)
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be organized and detail-oriented
- Have prior experience in customer service (preferred)
- Reside in or around Lekki, Ikoyi, or nearby areas
