Job Details

• Position: Customer Service Representative
• Location: Lekki / Ikoyi, Lagos
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦200,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and social media
• Assist customers with orders and product selection
• Process and manage orders accurately and on time
• Keep customers updated on new products and promotions
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery timelines
• Ensure proper packaging and delivery of orders
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain and update customer records and databases

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you should:

• Have a degree (OND, HND, NCE, or Bachelor’s)
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be organized and detail-oriented
• Have prior experience in customer service (preferred)
• Reside in or around Lekki, Ikoyi, or nearby areas
